Luke Thomas, the 19-year-old head chef at the Luke's Dining Room restaurant in Cookham, is appearing in a fly-on-the-wall documentary series called 'Britain's Youngest Head Chef'.
The documentary follows a year in the life of Mr Thomas' from when he first took over the restaurant in March 2012 and became the youngest head chef in the country.
The restaurant has gone from strength to strength since it was renamed from Sanctum on the Green when Mr Thomas took over.
The 19-year-old said: "We are unbelievably busy. There is a hype about the place, and it's building fast. With all of the TV exposure due out this year we're hoping for an amazing year."
The documentary is due to be screened on BBC Three on May 9 and is not Mr Thomas' first TV appearance having previously appeared on Junior Masterchef.
The Welshman is also currently starring in the Great British Menu on BBC Two every evening this week from 7.30pm in which he is representing his homeland.
The 19-year-old has high hopes for the future after the TV exposure of this year.
He added: "[I want] to build the Luke Thomas brand and roll out restaurants globally. My book should be out in the next 18 months too which is very exciting!"
