Fiona Chalis is taking part in a 10k run for Parkinson's UK in the grounds of Highclere Castle, in Newbury - the setting for ITV's Downton Abbey.
The 42-year-old will join hundreds of other runners on Sunday, April 28, to take part in 'Run Highclere' to raise awareness of Parkinson's Disease of which Mrs Chalis' 47-year-old husband Simon is a sufferer.
Mrs Chalis said: "As Parkinson's has touched my family, I wanted to help raise awareness of the condition. I also wanted to set myself a New Year challenge and Run Highclere is the perfect fit."
Places on the run are still available with those interested in taking part encouraged to don Downton Abbey-style period drama dress for the event.
All runners must be 15 or over and volunteers are also required on the day too.
